IBC 2015. Content Everywhere. Hall 14, Stand 14.H14 and Stand 14.L20. Dutch interactive company Stoneroos is active with two stand on this year’s IBC showcasing two different sets of products.
On Stand H14 the company is showing its innovations with regards to OTT, STB companion apps including demos of various applications developed for Dutch public broadcaster NPO, KPN, Amino and SonyMusic. The Stoneroos TV Companion App has won in the category Best User Experience”in the Afdesi international ITV Awards 2015.
For Dutch IPTV provider Glashart Media Stoneroos added direct access to the Videoland VOD service to the platform’s Android and iOS apps.
On the other Stand (L20) Stoneroos presents its EPGdata.tv service, which currently serves customers including KPN, Tele2, Vodafone, Telfort, Xs4all, Vodafone Turkey and others. As the name implies, EPGdata.tv delivers metadata as well as high-quality picture service.
The company is now also offering its software tools under the EPGmanager umbrella, which allows metadata and EPG companies to organise their workflow more efficiently.
