Telekom Slovenije’s EBITDA in the first half of this year was 6% on the same period in 2014.
However, reports Reuters, quoting the telco, the figure of €104.4 million was still 7% higher than expected.
It adds that Telekom Slovenije conformed it is on track to make a net profit of €66 million this year, up from the €1.6 million in posted in 2014.
The upcoming privatisation of Telekom Slovenije faltered earlier this year following the rejection of a bid by Cinven.
Talks nevertheless continue, with a final decision expected in September.
