The Slovenia-based global broadcast over satellite company Satellite Telecommunications Network (STN) has announced the first steps of a major internal reorganisation.
Aside from being transformed from a Ltd to a PLC, it includes three new appointments.
The latter see Martina Knific become the CFO, Saso Hauzer the sales director and Jurij Blazin the technical director.
All other general company details remain the same.
