SeaChange International has elected a new chairman to its board of directors; it’s also been announced that CTO Shiva Patibanda has resigned.
The new chairman is Steve Craddock, replacing Tom Olson, who will continue as a member of the board. Craddock is President of independent consultants The Del Ray Group. He was previously with US cable giant Comcast as senior vice president of technology and was Vice President for Bell Atlantic, focused on television and broadband initiatives.

In a separate move, Shiva Patibanda, Chief Technology Officer and General Manager of In-Home products, has resigned. His position is being eliminated with his responsibilities spread among other members of the management team.
