Severina Pascu, currently the head of UPC Romania and Hungary, will assume responsibility for the whole CEE region on July 1.
Mediafax reports that this will include UPC in Poland, Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as the company’s DTH operations.
In her role as MD for Liberty Global’s CEE region, Pascu will be replacing Betzalel Kenigsztein, who as previously announced will become president and CEO of Liberty Global’s Latin American and Caribbean operations on July 1.
At the same time, Pascu will retain her position as MD of UPC Hungary, while Robert Redeleanu will take over as MD of UPC Romania.
