The continued development of its interactive TV service helped the Latvian incumbent Lattelecom to an improved financial performance in 2014.
Quoting information published by Firmas, DB reports that the telco had revenues of €30.3 million, up slightly on the €30.2 million posted a year earlier.
Meanwhile, its turnover was €165.4 million (€165.6 million) and the company’s overall value amounted to €100 million, or 32% more than in 2013.
It also notes that the three-month ban on the Latvian language version of the Russian channel RTR by the Council for Electronic Media (NEPLP) had no real effect on Lattelecom’s performance in 2014.
