Croatian, Czech, Slovak and Slovenian national telecom regulators have signed a cooperation agreement in the area of service quality and spectrum management.
According to the Croatian regulator HAKOM, the main objective of the agreement is to exchange information and knowledge, and the possible development of joint solutions in the field of spectrum management and quality of service in the electronic communications sector.
There is a particular emphasis on cooperation in the measurement of service quality in the networks of fixed and mobile communications, the development of measurement tools and procedures, data collection and analysis, and management of the radio frequency spectrum.
