Following a period of testing with 100 customers, the Orange TV stick has launched in Romania.
The device allows viewers to watch Orange TV Go customers to watch up to 75 TV channels, including 20 in HD, along with over 500 movies and episodes of top series of all genres.
The Orange TV Go app and Orange TV stick are available for free in the Play Store and App Store to all Orange TV customers.
The stick, which is unique to the Romania – Romania is also the first country in Orange’s network to introduce the device – can be used by Orange TV satellite service subscribers, as well as those watching Orange TV on mobile devices.
In addition to Orange TV Go content, they can access photos, music or home movies saved on their smartphones and tablets.
The stick is being offered for €40, including VAT, to Orange mobile and Local HD and Local HD+ subscribers.
Up until the end of August, they will be given three months free access to World HD Go service, which provides over 45 Romanian and international TV channels and more than 500 movies and series from Movie Go Unlimited.
Subscribers to the World HD, World HD+, Universe HD and Universe HD+ services can buy the stock for €16.
They are being offered World HD and Universe HD1 for seven months, plus the Movie Go Unlimited option.
