German anti-media concentration commission KEK has approved the ownership change of pay-TV channel Silverline Movie Channel.
Grünwalder TV-Studio Fernsehprojektierungsgesellschaft mbH has acquired 100% of the shares from former shareholders Gisela Gross and Michael Tarabochia. The new operating company is owned by its managing director Ralph Piller (80.2%) and his wife Dr Sabine Piller (19.8%).
Silverline Movie Channel which is available nationwide on German cable networks shows films from the genres action, thriller, horror, science-fiction and martial arts.
