ANGA COM 2015 opened today with a new record number in congress attendee pre-registrations: Even before the start more than 1,900 congress tickets had been issued.
In the previous year, this number was reached on the last day. The number of exhibition visitor registrations is at last year’s high level. In 2014, the exhibition reached a final number of 17,000 visitors – 50% of them from abroad. Until June 11, visitors are expected by 450 exhibitors from 35 countries at the Cologne Fairgrounds.
Thomas Braun, who in his capacity as President of the Association of German Cable Operators (ANGA) opened the event, expressed his satisfaction: “The first day of the congress had excellent attendee numbers and the exhibition halls brimmed over with a positive mood. Broadband and media belong together. Cologne is and remains the ideal place for the practical combination of both industries.“
