Liberty Global has appointed Betzalel Kenigsztein, currently MD for its CEE region, as president and CEO of its Latin American and Caribbean operations.
In his new role, effective July 1, he will report to Mike Fries, Liberty’s CEO.
Kenigsztein has 25 years of experience in the cable industry and joined Liberty in 2004 as CTO of its business in the Netherlands.
He was appointed MD of Hungary in 2009 before becoming MD of the CEE region in 2013.
A successor to the latter role will be announced shortly.
