SPI International/FilmBox have begin broadcasting a localised version of DocuBox HD in Romania.
The channel is now available 24/7 on Orange TV, joining four other FilmBox services – FightBox HD, FashionBox HD, FilmBox HD and Erox HD – already offered by the service.
Commenting on the launch, Mufit Umar, DocuBox programming director, said: “We bring the value of the documentary back to the viewers.
“We are dedicated to be a documentary channel without reality shows and docudrama formats”.
Berk Uziyel, executive director of Filmbox International Ltd, added: “We are proud to announce that we are broadcasting DocuBox HD fully-localised in the Romanian language. Making DocuBox HD available in Romanian is just the start of our localisation plans for this channel throughout Eastern and Central Europe”.
