Romania’s RCS&RDS has upgraded its broadband offer and at the same time added four more HD channels to its line-up.
The former now consists of four packages, with the fastest (Digi Net Fiberlink 1000) providing download and upload speeds of 1,000 Mbps and 200 Mbps respectively for either RON45 (€10.1) or RON55 a month, depending on the type of contact taken out.
Meanwhile, digital cable subscribers are also being offered Digi Sport 3 HD, AXN HD, HBO Comedy HD and Cinemax HD for no additional charge, though viewers wishing to receive the latter two must already be subscribing to HBO and activate HBO MaxPack.
RCS&RDS is the leading cable and DTH operator in Romania.
It also has a strong presence in neighbouring Hungary.
