András Gyenes has been appointed CCO residential at Magyar Telekom, effective July 3.
He will also become a member of the company’s management committee.
The responsibilities of the CCO residential include the management of Magyar Telekom’s customer service, on-site services, consumer marketing, channel management, e-business and shop network management activities.
Gyenes has more than 10 years of senior management experience from various positions at Unilever.
In his new role, he will be responsible for strengthening the company’s market-leading position and managing the transformation and simplification as it continues on its path to becoming a digital company whilst providing the best customer experience.
