The Spanish regulator CNMC has fined the broadcasters Mediaset and Atresmedia for violating the law on advertising content.
In the former instance, the penalty amounts to €131,501, while in the latter it is €165,748.
In both instances, the broadcasters have been given the option of filing an administrative appeal before the High Court within two months.
