Discovery Networks Deutschland will expand the digital terrestrial distribution of its women’s channel TLC in Germany.
The advertising-funded free-to-air TV channel will be available via DTT in Stuttgart and Nuremberg from April 17, 2015.
Following Berlin and Munich, TLC will then be on air terrestrially in four large urban areas. In Stuttgart, the channel will occupy DTT channel 25, in Nuremberg DTT channel 60.
TLC which targets women between 20 and 49 years of age can be received worldwide in around 300 households in 170 countries. The German version launched on April 10, 2014.
