They see Tor Helge Kristiansen, EVP principal architect and with over 20 years of experience, will hold a complementary function encompassing both a key advisory role for strategic planning, and a trigger for executing on strategy with long term global trends in mind.

He will also play a central role in technology collaboration initiatives with other Kudelski Group entities.

Meanwhile, Tom Jahr will take responsibility for Conax Marketing in his new role as EVP products & marketing.

In an additional strategic move, the company has elevated its senior regional heads, namely; Thomas Blichfeldt, Sr. VP EMEA Sales Rohit Mehra, Sr. VP Americas, and Are Mathisen, Sr. VP APAC Sales.

Earlier this year, Conax also introduced an EVP Services role to head its newly established Services Division. Erik Abrahamsen is named acting EVP Services.
Commenting on the changes, Morten Solbakken, president and CEO, Conax, said: “I am very excited about the top-level enhancements we’ve made; positioning the Conax organization for executing on the next phases of our long-term strategy.
