German pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland will not only show selected, but all new series from US broadcaster HBO in parallel with their US debut on its on-demand services Sky Go, Sky Online and Sky Anytime in the original English-language version from now on.
Kickoff is on April 12, 2015 with the fifth season of fantasy series Game of Thrones, the second season of Silicon Valley and the fourth season of Veep.
On April 30, the three-part miniseries Casual Vacancy based on the book by Harry Potter author Joanne K. Rowling will follow.
In the summer months, Sky Deutschland will screen the second seasons of True Detective, The Knick and The Leftovers.
