German free-of-charge video-on-demand (VOD) service Netzkino will become available on Amazon’s Fire TV stick on April 15, 2015.
With the Netzkino app, the owners of the multimedia stick which has been introduced in Germany and Austria last week can watch more than 1,500 full-length movies on their TV set.
The ad-supported OTT service which doesn’t require registration has been accessible on Amazon’s streaming box Fire TV since the end of 2014.
Netzkino is also available on Kindle Fire and as an app for tablets and smartphones in Amazon’s app store.
