TVbeat and Xstream team up

February 25, 2015 13.14 Europe/London By Robert Briel

TVbeat will integrate its real-time TV analytics solution into Xstream’s OTT platform to deliver real-time Internet TV audience measurement solutions.

“We’re delighted to have partnered with Xstream to create an integrated offering, consisting of a premium OTT and TV Everywhere platform with granular analytics that will tell customers what is happening on the platform from day one,” said Rune Skogeng, VP of Business Development for the Nordics and Benelux at TVbeat said.

“At TVbeat we believe that drawing insights from big data creates value, and we want to put the power back into the customers hands. People are now watching TV across multiple devices at a time and place convenient for them, so this solution really helps providers analyse all this data, and make fact-based decisions. This partnership marks another exciting development for TVbeat as we expand across Europe.”

“Together with TVbeat, we’re providing our customers with a comprehensive toolbox of next-generation analytics technologies that will help enhance content evaluation, deliver more impactful, personalized and targeted video content, enabling customers to reduce churn and to identify and create new revenue streams,” said Morten Søger, director of global alliances at Xstream.

“By carefully selecting TVbeat for this strategic partnership we are confident about converting impressive analytics insights, into superior added value for customers. We are passionate about our joint collaboration to deliver more advanced technologies, innovations and services in the future, and support the continued solid growth of our two companies to even new heights.

“This partnership is well in line with our overall strategy of addressing industry specific needs for our focus customer verticals, and which differentiates Xstream from our competition.”
