German commercial TV group ProSiebenSat.1 has commenced production of a series to be shown exclusively on its video-on-demand portal MyVideo.
From mid-April 2015, Der Lack ist ab (translated: The glamour is gone) will be offered free-of-charge by MyVideo with the first preview clip already being available.
The main character is played by German actor Kai Wiesinger who will debut as a director for the series. The second main character is played by his partner Bettina Zimmermann.
The 10-minute episodes of the ad-supported series show how the couple tries to cope with the challenges of modern family life.
