Panasonic is to be the first manufacturer to launch TVs that run the new Freeview Play connected TV service, Freeview and Digital UK have announced.
Freeview Play will be made available on Panasonic’s 2015 line-up of Viera TVs.
It has also been confirmed that Channel 5’s Demand 5 catch-up service will be added to the line-up, completing the roster of PSBs.

Panasonic plan to offer Freeview Play recorders at a later date. Multi-brand manufacturer Vestel will follow with a range of Freeview Play products.
