German Christian family channel Bibel TV is now available on Amazon’s streaming box Fire TV.
With the Bibel TV app, the users can access the channel’s catch-up TV service as well as the live-streams of Bibel TV and web-only channel Bibel TV Impuls free of charge.
The starting page gives an overview of the latest videos and highlighs such as, for example, currently the new episodes of TV series When Calls the Heart.
The Fire TV app complements Bibel TV’s offerings on the internet, Smart TV/HbbTV and the apps for smartphones and tablets.
“It’s our target to be present on as many on-demand platforms as possible as we already reach by far more than 80% of the German TV households with our classic linerar TV channel,” Bibel TV’s managing director Matthias Brender said in Hamburg.
