The start- up cost of NCN is €110,000 and the channel will be distributed by UPC Romania in Cluj-Napoca.
This will be the second time Cluj-Napoca has been served by a channel named NCN, with the first having been operated by a company named NCN Studio TV.
It now owns the channel Look Plus.
