Canal+ and Eurosport have reached agreement for the exclusive distribution of Eurosport and Eurosport 2 on the Canalsat pay package.
The satellite exclusive covers all of metropolitan France. In January Eurosport France terminated its distribution on the French pay-TV DTT network following permission by media authority CSA to hand back its DTT slot.
France remains the home ground for Eurosport, owned jointly by TF1 and Discovery communications.
The two channels will be broadcast on Channels 121 and 125.
