Andreas Heyden will leave the management of German video-on-demand (VOD) service maxdome in mid-2015 at this own request to pursue new job opportunities.
With his professional expertise and his wealth of ideas, Heyden has repositioned maxdome in a difficult environment and a dynamic market and geared it up for future competition, parent company ProSiebenSat.1 said in a statement.
His successor will be Lesley MacKenzie (picture). The new CEO has been responsible for ProSiebenSat.1’s pay-VOD segment since early 2014 and is perfectly familiar with maxdome, according to the media company.
