The Russian cable operator ER Telecom, which uses the brand name Dom.ru, has launched a new video service.
Known as MEGOGO, it provides Dom.ru TV up to 3,000 movies, TV series, cartoons and HD clips.
Films from MEGOGO’s library are available on a subscription basis, with users offered two options: 1,3,6 or 12 months subscriptions, or buying films on an individual basis.
Monthly subscriptions cost R299 (€4) and annual ones R2,699.
Meanwhile, premieres are offered for a seven-day period for R99.
To access MEGOGO, viewers can use the first generation Dom.ru TV STB (Humax 700i).
In due course, it will also be available via the second generation box.
