German IP network operator mr. net services will distribute and market M7 Deutschland’s multiscreen IPTV platform meinFernsehen following a collaboration agreement signed between both companies today.
The offering which mr. net services has been extensively testing on its networks contains up to 150 TV channels – one third in HD quality – for reception on the TV set, tablet, smart phone, laptop and PC including a restart and replay function as well as a video-on-demand service with movies, TV series and children’s programmes.
The Flensburg-based company wants to distribute meinFernsehen both on its own IP network as well as on networks operated by partners such as city carriers. Marketing will start in Q1 2015.
With mr. net services, M7 Deutschland has won its first customer for the IPTV platform launched at ANGA COM in May 2014.
