TivùSat, the Italian free-to-air satellite platform, has gained an additional 210,000 households so far in 2014.
The platform ends the year with 2,300,000 smart cards activated; an additional 275,000 were activated during the year.
TivuSat , users can receive 68 TV channels (some in HD), including national broadcasters RAI and Mediaset, TV Deejay (L’Espresso) and TV 2000. International broadcasters BBC World News, Euronews, France 24, TV5 Monde, Deutsche Welle, Bloomberg, Al Jazeera, CCTV News and NHK are also available from the Hot Bird neighbourhood.
