Susanne Aigner-Drews, mananging director of Discovery Communications Deutschland, is now also the head of Eurosport Deutschland.
Aigner-Drews takes over the position from previous Eurosport managing director Bernd Daubenmerkl who will leave the company in April 2015 at his own request.
The move follows Discovery’s takeover the majority stake in Eurosport in May 2014.
