Telekom Slovenije has posted net revenues of €574.1 million for the first nine months of the year, down 2% of the same period in 2013.
Its EBITDA amounted to €162.8 million, while net profit was €37.7 million, down 20% on a year earlier.
CAPEX in the first nine months of the year was €123.2 million.
One of the main investments in Slovenia is in LTE/4G technology, with over 100,000 users already connected to the telco’s LTE network.
Commenting on the results, Rudolf Skobe, president of Tekekom Slovenije’s management board, said: “Despite the demanding economic environment in which we operate, the Telekom Slovenije Group is building up its position as the integrated communications provider in the region of SEE. We have achieved this through well-planned and professional work, by keeping up with the trends, through our own development, and the ability to quickly adapt to change, within the industry as well as in the broader economic environment.
“Much of our attention is also aimed at cost optimisation of the operations and the strengthening of synergies between the Group companies, and with a constant technological development and modernisation of our mobile and broadband networks we continue to consolidate our position as the provider of integrated, high-quality and reliable ICT services.”
Telekom Slovenije Group is forecasting a net profit of €66 million, EBITDA of €198 million, and up to €107 million in investments in 2015.
