Telekom Slovenije has agreed to sell its 50% stake in Gibtelecom to the government of Gibraltar for €47.7 million.
According to Balkans.com, the transaction, which will result in the telco coming under the complete control of the government of Gibraltar, should be completed next month.
It is also in line with Telekom Slovenije’s annual business plan for 2014 and strategic plan to 2018.
