The EBITDA rose by 7.9% to €162.9 million. Below the line, net profit rose by 5.5% to €67.3 million.
ProSiebenSat.1 attributes to growth mainly to its activities in the digital and online markets and in the production business. Advertising income also rose.
The Munich-based company expects to increase both its turnover and net profit across the whole year of 2014.
