The Polish DTH platform nc+ ended the third quarter with 2.15 million post-paid subscribers, down from 2.2 million three months earlier.
However, its monthly year-to-date ARPU was up by 4% to PLN68 (€16.1), with revenues of PLN1,606 million in the first nine months of the year.
EBITDA for the period amounted to PLN280 million, with TVN’s share of nc+’s profit being PLN26.4 million.
TVN’s revenues in total amounted to PLN328 million in Q3 (+7.1% year-on-year), with adjusted EBITDA being PLN84 million (-7.8%).
Net profit was PLN15 million in Q3 and PLN139 million in the first nine months of the year.
Separately, TVN has announced it intends to use up €60 million this year for early redemption of part of its 7.875% senior notes maturing in 2018.
