Adult channel Vivid TV Europe has launched on Austrian DTH satellite platform HD Austria on Astra (19.2 degrees East).
The carriage is based on an agreement signed between HD Austria’s parent company M7 Group and Vivid Entertainment in October 2014 for distribution of the pay-TV channel on the M7 platform on Astra. Transmission is on the frequency 12.515 GHz H (SR 22,000, FEC 5/6).
HD Austria customers can receive the 24 hour service in the Kombi Austria package without additional charge.
M7 Group wants to also distribute Vivid TV Europe on its platforms CanalDigitaal, Online.nl, TV Vlaanderen and TéléSAT in the Benelux countries as well as on Skylink in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia.
Further European platform operators will use the feed of Vivid TV Europe on the M7 platform on Astra to make the channel available to their customers, according to M7 Group.
