The winners of the 2014 Eutelsat TV Awards will be announced at a gala ceremony in Rome on November 28.
This week, in the third of a series of articles leading up to the ceremony, we look at the nominees in the cinema category.
The channels shortlisted to carry off the prize in the Cinema category of this year’s Eutelsat TV Awards reflect diverse approaches to film-based content, from specials on the Oscars to features on key cinema festivals, national productions and exclusive premieres. Kinoklub from Russia, Kinowelt TV from Germany, Moviemax Festival HD from Turkey and Sky Cinema 1 HD from Italy are the four channels that caught the jury’s attention for their creativity and innovative programming angles on the film business.
Voting for the People’s Choice Awards is now also open. Everyone can cast their vote on the special People’s Choice Awards voting form.
