Poland’s Telewizja Polsat has signed a preliminary agreement to buy a 100% stake in the radio station Muzo.fm for PLN4.3 million (€1.02 million).
The deal will allow the Polish broadcaster, which is part of Cyfrowy Polsat, to create an integrated platform, employing the Muzo brand, employing TV, radio and internet distribution.
Muzo.fm, which has a sister TV station named Muzo.tv, is replacing the radio station PiN from today (October 20).
It had around 5 million listeners in 11 of Poland’s largest cities.
