MIPCOM 2014. Exactly one year after introducing the DogTV channel in Cannes, the US based canine channel has signed its first European carriage deal with Deutsche Telekom.
The channel, which is aimed at dogs, is set to launch on DT’s Entertain IPTV platform, with more European launches planned for the UK, Ireland and France.
DogTV is a 24-hour network “that effectively helps babysit stay-at-home pooches with programming specifically designed for their eyes and ears.”
The channel is now available on DirecTV in the US, on Roku set-tops and as a streaming service on dogtv.com.
