MIPCOM 2014. Euronews has revamped and redesigned its range of iOS and Android apps.
The broadcaster has three apps, Eurones Live, Euronews, and Euronews Radio.
Available on iPhone and iPad, the Euronews app makes use of a key new feature of iOS8: the widget, which makes it easier to follow Top Stories in one step. Until now, the euronews application for iOS was only available in four languages. This new version incorporates all 13 languages of Euronews.
For people who like catch-up TV, the Euronews Live app for both iOS8 and Android has been totally revamped offering more access to Euronews video content, in both live and VOD streaming.
As for the Euronews Radio application, it has evolved to integrate even more into the operating systems, to offer a better user experience, becoming controllable right from the smartphone lock screen.
Starting on Tuesday October 14, at 2 pm, Android mobile users will have access to the new versions of the Euronews Live and Euronews Radio apps.
In the week of October 27, it will be the turn of iOS mobile users to get the Euronews, Euronews Live and Euronews Radio apps.
