The Polish national commercial broadcaster TVN has transferred shares in TVN DTH with a nominal value of PLN1.610 billion (€381.4 million) to TVN Media.
TVN DTH’s assets include a 32% stake in ITI Neovision, the operator of the DTH platform nc+.
As a result of the transfer, TVN Media, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of TVN, is now the sole shareholder in TVN DTH.
Nc+ was formed by the merger of n and Cyfra+ in March 2013.
It had 2.2 million subscribers as of the end of Q2 this year.
