BSkyB has put an additional £700,000 into streaming device Roku.
The financing that will go towards everyday costs for the company follows a $12.2 million investment made by Sky in Roku in July 2012 and May 2013.
Sky’s NOW TV service is available over the Roku boxes and streaming sticks and the platform provides the basis for NOW TV’s own box.
21st Century Fox has also made a further equity investment in Roku.
