The Russian DTH platform NTV-Plus has changed its CEO for the third time in as many years.
According to Kommersant, the company is now being headed by Stanislav Rodionov.
He has replaced Ilya Sitkovskiy, only in the post since last November, who after his retirement will continue to work for Gazprom Media, the platform’s parent company, and sit on the board of directors of NTV-Plus.
Kommersant adds that Rodionov does not have any experience in the content and operator business, though he was worked for a number of technology companies, most recently for Nokia.
NTV-Plus is the longest-established DTH platform in Central and Eastern Europe, having been launched in 1996.
