The council of Crown Media has appointed two directors to jointly head the Bulgarian channels TV7, News7 and Super7.
The channels come under two entities – TV7 Ltd and BBT Ltd – and Emil Koshlukov and Kiril Blagoev will be both their executive directors and members of the board of directors.
Sofia Stereva will also become a member of the board of directors. BBT Ltd, otherwise known as Balkan Bulgarian Television, filed for bankruptcy this July.
Although the ownership of Crown Media is unclear, it is reported to have links to Tsvetan Vasilev, the majority shareholder in the Corporate Commercial Bank.
