DFL Sports Enterprises, the rights sales subsidiary of Germany’s national football association Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL), has opened the tender for the allocation of the international audiovisual media rights of the first and second-division Bundesliga for the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons in various European territories and neighbouring states.
The tender covers the following 18 countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cyprus, Georgia, Greece, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malta, Moldova, Russia, Spain (including Andorra), Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
Interested parties have to register for participation in the award process until September 17, 2014, 12.00 CET. Registrations can only be made using the registration form on the Bundesliga website.
From September 18, 2014, all registered parties will receive the tender documents. The deadline for bids will be October 1, 2014, 12.00 CET.
