Gunnar Wiedenfels and Ralf Schremper will join the executive board of German commercial TV group ProSiebenSat.1 on April 1, 2015.
Wiedenfels will become Chief Financial Officer (CFO) while Schremper will head the newly created corporate strategy and investments executive department.
Axel Salzmann will leave the company at his own request on March 31, 2015. He has been CFO of ProSiebenSat.1 since June 2008. From January to March 2009 he was acting CEO.
Wiedenfels is currently ProSiebenSat.1’s deputy CFO. Schremper is currently executive vice president of mergers & acquisitions, CFO and managing director of digital & adjacent and chief investment officer at the Munich-based broadcaster.
