The Belarusian cable TV, MMDS and broadband operator Cosmos TV has deployed Teleste’s DOCSIS Access Hub.
As a result, it will be able to offer its subscribers in the capital, Minsk, IP-based services, included high-speed broadband connections.
Cosmos TV is part of the Akado Group and provides services in Minsk and Minsk District.
The first company in Belarus to offer HD channels, its cable TV network currently reaches over 460,000 homes in the capital, providing viewers with over 100 digital and 49 analogue TV channels.
Its broadband subscriber total stands at over 70,000.
