Estonia’s leading cable operator Starman has fully launched a TV Everywhere service.
Offering 20 channels and live images from 20 channels via a time machine, it can be accessed by users of its proprietary STARbox who have access to a high-speed broadband connection (fixed or mobile) and Android (from 4.0) and iOS (version 6.0 onwards) devices.
Starman began testing the service at the beginning of June this year.
