Portugal Telecom’s MEO Go app has reached 1 million downloads.
The MEO Go app is available on the App Store for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch; on Google Play for Android tablet and smartphones; in the Windows Store, for computers, laptops and 2-in-1 PCs with Windows 8; and in the Windows Phone Store for smartphones running WP 7 and 8.
MEO is encouraging the use of MEO Wi-Fi hotspots and its mobile network to prevent customers eating into their monthly data plans.
The app has won a number of industry awards.
