Magine TV has appointed Ambuj Goya (pictured) as the new president and COO.
With an extensive background in leading technology-driven businesses, having held a number of pivotal roles during a 32-year career at IBM, Goyal takes on the role of president and COO.
Kamal Bherwani, previously CTO at Spanish language media company Pris, takes on the role of executive chairman having joined the board in September 2013.
The appointment of both Ambuj Goyal as president and Kamal Bherwani as executive chairman, both of whom have significant experience in global technology and media companies, highlights the fact that Magine is developing an increasingly international team ahead of future expansion and growth.
Currently available as a commercial service in its native Sweden and Germany, as well as in beta in Spain, Magine TV has partnerships with some of the world’s best known brands and channels, including Disney, Discovery, Fox, CNN International, BBC, Eurosport, National Geographic, and Nickelodeon.
