Sky Deutschland expands Sky Go and Snap

August 5, 2014 11.29 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

Sky Go ScreenGerman pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland has added two new features to its mobile service Sky Go and its video-on-demand (VOD) portal Snap.

The customers with an iPad, iPhone or iPod touch can now use the bookmarking feature: The app remembers at which stage a programme was stopped and enables viewers to continue watching the programme at exactly this point in time when they return to it, even when the app was switched off in the meantime.

With the bookmarking feature, viewers can drop out of as many movies and series as they like and continue watching them at a later stage.

The second addition is the new feature Last watched which shows at a glance the last 50 programmes consumed.
